Okay. I'm still in shock but I tried these out at the gym tonight and..... (drum roll) I managed 8 sets! But the thought of you doing 7 pushed me so hard! It is possible I took slighty longer breaks than you and more of them though! So maybe this counts as cheating (unintenionally). Anyway, I loved the challenge. Thanks.
@souljagurlsha I found the plank jack part quite easy but the pushups were killers from about half way through onwards! My shoulders are a bit sore this morning!
@rolandsc The planks would be easier if I didn't hav to do 10 push up before each set. By he time i get to the planks my arms are so sore. Fun fun, lol.
@souljagurlsha Good point about the sore arms/shoulders in the plank jacks! (That's what always gives me grief if I do mountain climbers!). Well I'm pleased to say that my arms, shoulders and back have got even stiffer another 24 hours on! How do you manage to do these every day!!!! LOL

Hi souljagurlsha, just wanted to say thank you for the inspiration! I've incorporated tabata squats and push up plank jacks into my workouts and my goodness, my thighs have never been so sore! I'm starting to challenge my body more and more and it's because of you! Once again, thank you for the inspiration!

great song; i live jay z too but like the new york song the chick sounds better and here the old song sounds way better than jay but i do like him just sayin the original is way better
@souljagurlsha just recently? ok that's cool. like a lot of hip hop rap the songs all have nearly the same beat just different words but the beat is decent but it gets old relatively fast.
