Does anyone know if this band is still together and making new material? They are one of my favorites but I can't find any up to date information on them!
That's true. Only in Scandinavia, and especially Finland, this kind of music is broadly popular. For example, in that country Sonata Arctica is able to reach the number one position in the charts. Here in the Netherlands and many other countries, that is really impossible.
Listen to "The Scorpions" look them up. IMO I would love this even more being a scorpions fan, but I guess a lot of people just hear the scorpions because of the melodies and vocals being similar.

this band shows to every world that brazil has bands of a lot of styles and they must to be known just like Angra,Sepultura and many others!
