It's crazy how some preemies can make it, while others cannot. I did not have a preemie, but I did however go into premature labor with all my girls. (3). My oldest was the worse. I had dilated to 2 and they were able to stop her coming too soon at 32 weeks. She tried to come early 3x. I am thankful they were able to stop it every time. She is now 16 years old. I am so sorry for your loss. GOD works in mysterious ways.

I am sorry for your loss. I know how you feel my dear. I lost my twins ( a boy (Aban) and a girl (Bissan)) in the 16th of Oct. this year. My little angels died in the same day. They were 22 weeks and 4 days. At least you had these few days with him. So sorry for your loss again.

Wow this brought back alot of memories. My son Paul stiles was Born on October 16, 2005. He came at only 25 wks gestation and weighed 1lb 11 oz. When I was born, although pretty much on time, I was poorly, and to this day I still have a VSD and a murmur. I was in and out of Great Ormand Street in London. My mum and my family must have gone through so much.
When I was born I was sick. I have a VSD and a murmur in my heart. We were in and out of hospital. My mum lost a baby when I was 8 years old. I'm now 18 and a proud big sister to a healthy 4 year old.
No-one should have to go through pain like this though.

hello i am so sorry for your loss and i can relate to you its hard loosing a baby so early we expect a safe and healthy pregancy and so many questions as to why this has happened you see i lost two beutiful babies as well on i 2005 and one in 2009 22 and 23 weeks with no real understanding as to why they had defects just to grow. I know its hard but things get better. Its been a a couple of yrs and it hurts but with family and god and prayer it gets better day by day.

I am SO sorry... I am sitting here crying. My son was born on Sept. 29, 2008, and is sitting next to me. Before him, my wife had a miscarriage. I know what it's like to lose a loved baby. I am so thankful for every single day and hour I can spend with him.

i too lost my baby boy hridu on 11 may 2011 he was 26 weeks i dont even have a snap of my baby to remember him i he was just like ur son survived for 2 days hope god blesses us with our kids ........................................

When I was born, although pretty much on time, I was poorly, and to this day I still have a VSD and a murmur. I was in and out of Great Ormand Street in London. My mum and my family must have gone through so much.

When I was born I was sick. I have a VSD and a murmur in my heart. We were in and out of hospital. My mum lost a baby when I was 8 years old. I'm now 18 and a proud big sister to a healthy 4 year old.
No-one should have to go through pain like this though.

hello i am so sorry for your loss and i can relate to you its hard loosing a baby so early we expect a safe and healthy pregancy and so many questions as to why this has happened you see i lost two beutiful babies as well on i 2005 and one in 2009 22 and 23 weeks with no real understanding as to why they had defects just to grow. I know its hard but things get better. Its been a a couple of yrs and it hurts but with family and god and prayer it gets better day by day.

wow what a terrible loss. i myself am 23 weeks pregnant, and have no clue what i would do if my son were to go into labor so prematurely. my heart goes out to you and everyone involved, especially the little one. wish u could have had more time with him, but i know you are thankful for the 20 days that you did have, especially since he wasnt supposed to make it through the night. wish you luck on your next attempt, if any at all.

im so sorry for your loss. i have a very good idea of what you went through. i did not lose my son but he was born at 24 weeks gestation and the doctors did say he might not make it. to have someone tell you that your child will not live is the scariest thing in the world and to have a child in the NICU and be that premature is the hardest. i hope that life is getting better for you and rest in peace little one!

i have never cried so much before...you have really touched my heart! my son was born premature in may of this year and was born with many complications he will have to live the rest of his life with and will be a forever battle, but to me he is a miracle from god. for the short time you have spent with him i cannot imagine the pain you have felt...my heart goes out to you...god bless

I am SO sorry... I am sitting here crying. My son was born on Sept. 29, 2008, and is sitting next to me. Before him, my wife had a miscarriage. I know what it's like to lose a loved baby. I am so thankful for every single day and hour I can spend with him.
