Great! All you chaps looking for tabs, don't bother with the ones on the net, to what I've seen they're wrong. I bought a second hand book on line, 'the very best of the stone roses'. Beware, the tabs are hard as fuck to read. Lagato phrases! but I did find some one on youtube who explained. Awesome track, awesome cover.

I set my own effects on the pod using fairly mild overdrive and a bit of reverb, I did experiment with chorus / flanger bit it didn't sound right...

r8 man, i used a line 6 floor pod direct to pc using audacity software, I seem to remember that i mixed my own settings on it with mild overdrive and a bit of reverb to get the tone i wanted, if you have to much overdrive the slide parts won't sound right.
