i've played through the game for quite a bit and its really not that unbearable. at least you are required to balance the cost of the character. with power and hp comes higher costs...whereas in Multiraid...you get to die 3 times...quite easy IMO

I understand what you mean. The gameplay is nowhere near Multiraid since Multiraid has alot more movements and speed (And Lu Bu's cheap ass AI)compared to Basara, but i believe Basara is more to the arcade type than what all Musou game is (or at least the PSP Basara is). But its Capcom's so I didnt expect much as Koei's Warrior games. But nonetheless I still like it in away.

I've just learned about this game. I like how it has a lot of playables, but judging from the video it has small areas and feels more like a beat'em up than a hack'n'slash.

Anyway, it's going to be released soon and it's region free, so I might as well buy it while I wait for Gundam vs Gundam NEXT.

About the gameplay...are priming attacks in there, like in DK and SB2H? I've heard Basara attacks have been cut so prime may have been removed too. Also, are the alternate costumes still selectable?

Did you use Remotejoy for this? I can't use it in this game without getting massive slowdown like you mentioned in your other video.

I'm not really feeling the game too. So far it feels like a step down from those Rengou vs ZAFT and Gundam vs Gundam games in terms of gameplay. And the AI difficulty is ridulously easy unless you're playing free battle, which isn't too hard either.

Finally, an intelligent comment.

Go into the Remotejoy menu, go to the PSP section, and change the Transfer Address to 50. That should speed it up to at least bearable speeds on this game, and will make other games perform even better.

In terms of the gameplay, yeah, I'm not feeling it much, either. I'll give it a few more hours before I completely dismiss it, though.

And yea, I'm probably gonna keep playing this game for a while since there's quite a lot to do, and I don't have much to look forward to for the PSP in the upcoming few weeks, besides the english version of DWSF.
