The ONLY way to get celibi is to "make" a gs ball in silver/gold and trade it to crystal and try to give it to kurt. It will mess up alot but eventually work. The only other way to "get" celibi it to trick the game by cloning sneasel with beat up as it's third move.(it will only look like celibi, it wont actually be celibi)

The reason why the b&w Pokemon look so shitty is because every gen of Pokemon adds more designers and with diamond, pearl, and platinum there were only 3 outta 13 of the original Pokemon designers. Like the designers who made Pokemon in red, green, blue, yellow, silver, gold, and crystal quit after the Johto region. Only 3 stayed to work on ruby through white. So Pokemon has been in a big shot hole in the designing concept. Maybe in 6th gen they will go back to designing pokemon like in red thr

@Catdramaticstatic You can catch anything with a Poke ball if you throw enough of them. ultra balls are alot better though obiously. its possible to catch any pokemon without a master ball just incase you were wondering that as well.

The same goes for Scyther, Electabuzz, Lapras, and even Magmar. All of them being one-staged. Even charizard had more creativity as a final evolution than the other Starters. Unfortunately only a handful of Gen 1 pokemon were a bit creative, while the rest opted out to have obvious evolutionary lines.

As for magneton's name & weight... I don't think that was the original intention. It's japanese name is "Rarecoil," which, as far as I know, has nothing to do with weight. Plus a ton would be 2000 pounds anyway

Before I go, I just wanna point out that Jynx wasn't really meant to be racist. It was a parody of something called "Ganguro" over in Japan, a fad among women being tan with blonde hair.
@RitorinFox Oh, and it's also kind of a stretch to say anything about Pokemon, since these things were made originally in Japan, and quite a few of them have qualities found from Japanese lore (like Drowzee, being a tapir, and tapirs were believed to have powers over dreams or something of the sort). You can call the translators idiots for choosing cheesy names for the creatures/characters (which they have often done), but I think that they were mostly pretty creative, considering that.
@RitorinFox As far as "obvious" evolutions go, I don't think an evolutionary line shouldn't be obvious. You can't really have a frog evolve into a bird or something. All the starters were decent evolutions. Bulbasaur started off as a tiny dinosaur with a bulb on its back, and as it evolved, grew into a larger dinosaur with a flower on its back. Charmander started as a tiny fire lizard and evolved into a fire dragon. And Squirtle? Well, that one WAS a bit anticlimactic. Cannons were nice, though.

I like GSC mostly because of the innovation from RBY, the graphics, the music, and the gameplay overall. @H057IL3 Tbh, Pokemon Black and White are going to be weird. But they're just a better gfx RBY when you really think about it. However, personally I like having 400+ pokemon to choose from, and I like being able to battle with people across the globe, without the need to be standing next to them.
Ultimately,however, pokemon wouldn't exist without POCKET MONSTERZ! And without Magic that wouldn't have been thought of. And without Egyptians we'd all be fucked! not rlly but w.e.
@H057IL3 I respect that, Tho I must admit, alot of the bugs with GSC are what made it popular. The horrible factor behind it though, is that they knew about the bugs during their beta testing, and decided not to fix them.
Thus is why you have the cloning glitch. And also, why the cloning glitch can completely ruin the entire game all together, even though its supposed to be read only, it actually bugged until it became read and write.
Tbh I don't respect nintendo for their release of G/S/C.
I assume this person was using an emulator. When the games come out you usually have to attend the events at the stores(ones that announce they're holding events) but only for a limited amount of time. You can no longer do this event unless you have the gameshark pretty much :T

How do you get a bad clone? I have a friend who is wanting something about a GS Ball, and says he needs a bad clone with an item receiving it. I did some research, and 2 pokemon need reflect to make an egg learn reflect and have a GS Ball as an item? Help would be appreciated from anyone.

@Draccaj Also,theyre uninspiring because theyre uninspiring,not because I got sick of them. Hell,Jynx, while ugly and a patheticexcuse at racism,has more creativity than the entire bulbasaur line. The same goes for Scyther, Electabuzz, Lapras, and even Magmar. All of them being one-staged. Even charizard had more creativity as a final evolution than the other Starters. Unfortunately only a handful of Gen 1 pokemon were a bit creative, while the rest opted out to have obvious evolutionary lines.

I have to say I don't disagree with the "always look ridiculous" thing. Although I do disagree with the Bulbasaur line not having creativity. I'd never heard of a plant dinosaur before then. And with evolutionary lines, there's only a few that make no real sense (like Dugtrio).

@Draccaj As for not having obvious evolutions, I don't mean like in your example from a frog to a bird, but something at least subtly like Blastoise's cannons, or something major like Charizard's wings, not something that took three minutes to do. (ie magneton and electrode. Fun Fact: Magneton weighs ten times as much as magnemite)

As for magneton's name & weight... I don't think that was the original intention. It's japanese name is "Rarecoil," which, as far as I know, has nothing to do with weight. Plus a ton would be 2000 pounds anyway

@RitorinFox Oh, and it's also kind of a stretch to say anything about Pokemon, since these things were made originally in Japan, and quite a few of them have qualities found from Japanese lore (like Drowzee, being a tapir, and tapirs were believed to have powers over dreams or something of the sort). You can call the translators idiots for choosing cheesy names for the creatures/characters (which they have often done), but I think that they were mostly pretty creative, considering that.

@RitorinFox As far as "obvious" evolutions go, I don't think an evolutionary line shouldn't be obvious. You can't really have a frog evolve into a bird or something. All the starters were decent evolutions. Bulbasaur started off as a tiny dinosaur with a bulb on its back, and as it evolved, grew into a larger dinosaur with a flower on its back. Charmander started as a tiny fire lizard and evolved into a fire dragon. And Squirtle? Well, that one WAS a bit anticlimactic. Cannons were nice, though.

The games started taking a wrong turn at the third generation in my opinion. Mostly because there was too many Pokemon. I like GSC mostly because of the innovation from RBY, the graphics, the music, and the gameplay overall. Sure, there would be no GSC without RBY, I'm just saying I like it just a little better (not much!).

@H057IL3 Tbh, Pokemon Black and White are going to be weird. But they're just a better gfx RBY when you really think about it. However, personally I like having 400+ pokemon to choose from, and I like being able to battle with people across the globe, without the need to be standing next to them.
Ultimately,however, pokemon wouldn't exist without POCKET MONSTERZ! And without Magic that wouldn't have been thought of. And without Egyptians we'd all be fucked! not rlly but w.e.

@H057IL3 I respect that, Tho I must admit, alot of the bugs with GSC are what made it popular. The horrible factor behind it though, is that they knew about the bugs during their beta testing, and decided not to fix them.
Thus is why you have the cloning glitch. And also, why the cloning glitch can completely ruin the entire game all together, even though its supposed to be read only, it actually bugged until it became read and write.
Tbh I don't respect nintendo for their release of G/S/C.

I assume this person was using an emulator. When the games come out you usually have to attend the events at the stores(ones that announce they're holding events) but only for a limited amount of time. You can no longer do this event unless you have the gameshark pretty much :T
