For parts 1-3 of your home workout, do you do all three of these workouts on a daily basis or take a day off? And if I were just starting out, should I take a day off between workouts? Thanks
@juicerman44 It's up to you. This workout is ok to do every day, such as Monday to Friday, and then take Saturday and Sunday off. Or you could do this workout every other day, taking a day off between workouts. Or you could setup you workout routine in some other way that best fits in with your schedule and with how many days per week you want to exercise.
@smoovovi If you keep doing the exact same workouts, your body will adapt to the workouts and you'll stop seeing significant results. Muscle confusion is very important for getting any results from your workouts, whether your goal is muscle growth, fat-burning, or general fitness. But you don't need make drastic changes in your workouts from week to week. Changes could be as simple as exercise order, or rep range, or tempo, or adding/removing a different exercise here and there.
hey dude its me again i wanna ask u i be doing cardio (running) on treadmill but evrytime i do it my lower leg start hurting everytime but i be like well its going to keep hurting so i keep going so one day i keep going and it hurt so much i had 2 wait at least a couple month so what am tryna ask is if i do brisk walking on a trreadmill can i lose the same weight as running on a treadmill because i can do running it always hurt i dont know if am weak or what what your opinion
@smoovovi I suggest you don't bother running at all. Despite what you may have heard elsewhere, running isn't very effective at all towards burning fat. You'll be much better off sticking with total-body circuit training such as the workout in the YouTube video that this comments thread is for. Another intense fat-burning workout I posted to YouTube recently is the video titled "Bodweight Workout Routine (Dutch Workout)". Check out that video and do those types of workouts instead of running.
Planks are not an effective way to burn belly fat. Planks are great for building up core strength. The most effective way to burn belly fat and tone your midsection is to focus on intense total-body circuit training and high-intensity interval training.
