  • For parts 1-3 of your home workout, do you do all three of these workouts on a daily basis or take a day off? And if I were just starting out, should I take a day off between workouts? Thanks

  • @juicerman44 It's up to you. This workout is ok to do every day, such as Monday to Friday, and then take Saturday and Sunday off. Or you could do this workout every other day, taking a day off between workouts. Or you could setup you workout routine in some other way that best fits in with your schedule and with how many days per week you want to exercise.

  • Hey thanks for posting this, I'm trying to get into better shape, and honestly just knowing where to start is a great thing. Thanks again!

  • hey if i keep doing the same workout can i still add muscle or du i need muscle confusion to get muscle

  • @smoovovi If you keep doing the exact same workouts, your body will adapt to the workouts and you'll stop seeing significant results. Muscle confusion is very important for getting any results from your workouts, whether your goal is muscle growth, fat-burning, or general fitness. But you don't need make drastic changes in your workouts from week to week. Changes could be as simple as exercise order, or rep range, or tempo, or adding/removing a different exercise here and there.

  • @smoovovi thank u once again bro so talk 2 ya later lots of blessing for the help

  • @smoovovi My pleasure. Good luck with your fitness goals. Keep me posted on how you make out.

  • @modeathletics most def my bruda

  • hey dude its me again i wanna ask u i be doing cardio (running) on treadmill but evrytime i do it my lower leg start hurting everytime but i be like well its going to keep hurting so i keep going so one day i keep going and it hurt so much i had 2 wait at least a couple month so what am tryna ask is if i do brisk walking on a trreadmill can i lose the same weight as running on a treadmill because i can do running it always hurt i dont know if am weak or what what your opinion

  • @smoovovi I suggest you don't bother running at all. Despite what you may have heard elsewhere, running isn't very effective at all towards burning fat. You'll be much better off sticking with total-body circuit training such as the workout in the YouTube video that this comments thread is for. Another intense fat-burning workout I posted to YouTube recently is the video titled "Bodweight Workout Routine (Dutch Workout)". Check out that video and do those types of workouts instead of running.

  • @smoovovi all rigth my dude apreciate dat homie thank god bless

  • hmmmmm how come planks are soo easy for me and they dont feel lke they do anything :( im sure i have right form

  • i love the workout. i just did the whole think. how many times do you recomend doing the workout a day

  • Hey great videos man. Just bought a resistance band yesterday, going to do this workout later today, looks fun.

  • Can doing plank alone help tighten abs and lose fat in the mid section.

  • Planks are not an effective way to burn belly fat. Planks are great for building up core strength. The most effective way to burn belly fat and tone your midsection is to focus on intense total-body circuit training and high-intensity interval training.

  • u kno all of these parts do we do them all on 1 dai??? or each part for each dai??

  • dude you're doin the plank the wrong way

    - you gotta be straight like a plank

you've got your butt in the air

  • Wow I almost die at the end of this each time....love this! Mike you rule!

  • wow! I felt that much more than doing hundreds of sit-ups!! thanks!!!

  • thank you i have been wacthing all of your vids
