  • Great recipe, thanks. Turned out very dry though so i reduced the cooking time to an hour (checking the temp) for a nice juicy sausage. I also like to drizzle a little honey over the sausage - yummy! Next batch I'm gonna try changing the spices to garlic & garum masala, for an indian kebab flavour. Keep the vids coming, please.

  • hi, i have a question.. i developed allergy's , at the age 27 that i am now and i feel like i can't eat anything! im so scared to eat things but i know i have leaky gut i can just tell. well anyway i also developed hypoglycemia and i find that if i try to eat a no carb meal i get real sick .. any suggestions?
