2 things, if you have ever had this and did an update, xilisoft uploaded a crack file in your documents. Search fro crack.js and delete it, then make sure before you enter code you change preferences from update automatically to dont update. Should solve any problems

put it on windows movie maker and split the audio from the video and wait 1 minute for the video to come up or w/e then pause, and place the audio there. then cut out the part of the video thats black (if the video is lagging)

All you guys having probs with it staying registered for like a few months then unregistering.

This happend to me too. I got the key from a website so what i think is happening, is that only 1 person can be registered to that key. So when you register it lets you use it until sumone else uses the same key. The they don't let you use the same key again because it senses it and probably thinks your key expired and your trying to cheat.
