I have a friend who's been on steroids for asthma all her life. Combine this with not one, but two replacements and now she's in CONSTANT pain and on a bucket load of medication. As she's in pain ALL the time, how is she supposed to GET HEALTHY and lose weight? She hardly eats as she's in too much pain and lost her appetite resulting from the medication. Try excercising under her conditions, I'm sure nobody could!

Well, IMO, I think fat people have solved their own problems with recruitment more so than weightloss. Because in these days for almost every fat man there's an available fat woman who is also in need of companionship. Thus, most of those who are considered unattractive by Hollywood standards are coupled and content already, which makes this documentary, though genuine, very condescending. Don't get me wrong, I can't stand gluttony. Yet vanity is a worse evil.

@Durrennn Well not necessarily True, Obesity can sometimes be part of your families genetic code, but that doesn't stop you from bettering yourself to lose the weight. I'm not a fat person, but I have the thought of one; however, I don't treat them any different I would a lean looking woman. It's about what people would say to them, but some folk just can't really help their size. I think that was a good experiment that I wouldn't mind doing it. Actually, Just to see how different it would be.
