you have to beat the mini archer/shooter game to start a new game in ultimate mode which you start off with max everything and the bishamon sword and ultimate whip

Bishamon is pretty cool but theres no point in getting it since you get it at the end and you dont even use it for the last boss

Tenso will be the first weapon you will get, when you get to Arc de Triumph with Samanosuke, look for the place with two flames. Your gauntlet will respond to it once you press x. It's really easy to find. :D

The shippuu, Raizan and enryuu weapons will only be available at the beginning of the game, but not through the whole game itself, even if you have the warlords data on your mem. card.

In order to get those 3 weapons back, you must finish one of the dark realms. I don't know exactly which one it was, but keep your eyes out for the hanging green guy. And make sure you do it with Samanosuke.

the best way is just to do all dark realms thats how i did it and the last realm just before you fight Nobunaga at the end of the game there like orenjidance said the hanging greeen guy will be there and in that realm lies the Bishamon

You have to complete the first dark realm area for both Sam and Jacques in the Undersea temple. After you beat it with both players you'll have the wind seal and the thunder seal. With Jacques, complete the second dark realm area and you'll get the fire orb. Just complete the game when you finish getting the 3 orbs. From now on, whenever you start a new game, you'll always end up with the three original weapons. They'll be on the ground in the alley that Sam stars off in when he warps to Paris.

If you start over your weapons will be att lvl 1 again. But if you where in the dark realm and gained the orbs you should have acsess to the 3 swords that you had in the very begining of the game at max lvl.

For that you first must go to the last dark realm(the same as I entered). Then you have to collect 8 orbs that are scattered all acros dark realm. Then go back to the place where you was first in dark realm and open the chest with the mist around it. The bishamon sword lies in it.
