No we don't need to send more mosquito nets, we need to stop blocking DDT from being sent to Africa, which would save hundreds of thousands of lives per year there. If it's sprayed in small amounts it has almost zero enviro impact, but since in very large quantities it may harm some birds, the enviro freaks are making Africans die of malaria without it. We have the solution, radical enviros won't allow it to be used.

lol We do not stop ddt from being shipped to Africa. Africa stops DDT from being shipped to Africa. You are right it is very effective and unlike how we used it back in the day it can and is used responsible. However when used irresponsibly it's effects are devestating. As you say "radical enviros" do not make the laws in Africa, Africans do and we can not force them to use a product they don't want.

I LOVE bison . We have not had any since we left the NW and moved back to Mississippi. :( We were in Mt. back in Sept, and I could see the Mts where you live from my in laws home in Bozeman. It was beautiful there because it snowed up there while we were there. Not in Bozeman, but the Mts where you were. I love Big Skye area. It is beautiful. Beautiful drive from Bozeman through there to Yellowstone. I know you have to wake you each day in awe of the beauty. :)
