What is really funny toward those who are LIVING where the Grass is Greener per say; I have been doing nothing since the last 3 years from 2008, but coming up with all sorts of innovations and other talented creativities, writing them down in my notebooks both in retail product lines to leadership changes that should be taking place(as well as dating the ideas) and only having to watch how the other side with lots of money steal everyone else's ideas and claim that it is theirs..

Well, all you guys already said what i would say. Jared, Shannon & Tomo always have a mind to do something special and meaningful, and something other people not always think about. They are so specific. I really appreciate them. It's a big part of why i like them!
