I've got a question - how many dairy products do you eat a day?

@AgnieszkaCzyzSinger Hi :) I try to avoid most dairy because I'm somewhat lactose intolerant, but I do eat greek yogurt daily. I usually have 1 serving per day, occasionally 2. I also love cheese, but I only buy it once in a while as a treat.
