he important is to stick to the belief of AHlus-Sunnah that God exists, He is the creator of all creations, and that God exists without a place.
If non-muslim said the testifications with belief that "NO one is God but Allah and that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah" then he is Muslim.
God is eternal, everything else is created. God does not resemble the creations and does not need any of the creations.

The entire chant is about welcoming eid and how Muslim enjoy the unity on that day and wishing all Muslims blessings on that day.
