Tony was a heartless prick.. he didnt give a shit about the kid, he only went to see Johnny to make sure he wasn't going to move against Ralph, since Ralph was Tony's biggest earner at the time of this incident. Once Tony establishes that Johnny won't take a hit out on Ralph, he's back to hugging and smirking, and the kid in the ICU is forgotten.
