Great action scene, great movie.

I think the reason I like it so much is because the film is really about the characters and the morality of their actions rather than explosions every 5 minutes.

Don't normally like Cruise, but he was perfect as Vincent. I think Vincent goes down as one of my all time favourite villains. Very rational, calculating and intelligent and yet capable of pure brute violence. Just look at the rage-filled grimace as he kicks the downed mobster in this video - chilling!

Possibly my favourite scene of all time & in any film category. Song makes the scene, also notice at 4.27 how the security is so tight, the Korean security takes out the perceived threat which is the person next to max. This was not a miss, he was not aiming for Max. The crowd was moving forward too much. There are also several notable Cameos to watch out for in this scene.

Another interesting thing to note is at 4.44Felix's second henchman avoids being shot but is never seen again. You have to suspect he ran away as he knew he'd met his match in Vincent.

From 5.30 onwards Cruise (Vincent) really takes it to them. You can see how angry he is with wasting so much time and he really wants to get the job done so he steps it up a notch. The sign of a very good killer, he knows he only has a little bit of time left to finish.
