@PhaetonPower Compare the prices for ANY VW and Audi products, there's ur answer: A8 > Phaeton, A6 > Passat, Q7 > Tuareg, Q5 > Tiguan ... (don't get me wrong, I love VW, we even have a 2006 Tuareg back at home). My point is, the VW Group has cars for all pockets, from the low end Seat, to Skoda, to VW, to Audi, Bentley, Porsche, Lambo..., and each one reaches to a class of ppl, and the Audi is the one directly above the VW brand.

it has took this long because of demand for the.apparantly if you order an audi q5 or a tt now you will not get it until april 2010.i bought the q5 s-line 20 litre tdi at around £37,000.i've got extras,x2 screens in the back,extra lighting,electric operated rear door,mobile phone connection.tinted rear windows.

This is Ingolstadt , Germany, The Q5 and the A4 Avant were built on the same line (1:05 Car before is a avant)

In Slovakia were built the Q7, Cayenne and Touareg.

According to Wikipedia, only the coachwork for the Cayenne is done in Slovakia. Final assembly is done in Leipzig, Germany. BTW, the Q5 is the same vehicle driven by Dr. Jen Arnold-Klein in TLC's new show "The Little Couple". The Q7 was driven by chef Gordon Ramsay in some showings of "Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares".

Not Germany. Slovakia. The WV/Audi SUV plant is in Slovakia, so I'm sure that's where this is built.
