Blow limbs off still exists. It is there on first sight on the PC but must be activated via a cheat on the PS2.

For some strange reasons I liked the idea of having kids in a GTA, it woul have made it much more realistic.

Even though GTA 3 is quite revolutionary in my opinion, I still think it could of been better if they kept most of the beta stuff in. Too bad the whole 9/11 controversy made R* North take most the good stuff out. Still one of the greatest games I've ever played though.
