At 1:17 there is a bombing and by 1:20 a powered projectile can clearly be seen in the sky. It airbursts by 1:31 and is gone.

Does anyone know what that was? Perhaps the person who shot the video? I would tend to doubt that it was a deliberately fired rocket because:

1) Rafah seems an unlikely place to fire from,

2) It seems to coincide with and emanate from a surface bombing and

3) It airbursts, which Qassams do not.

Did they hit the right tunnel or is there another plausible explanation?

It's a QASSAM ROCKET, buddy. Israel's #1 target are those Qassam rocket launchers. That's what Israel's F-16s are trying to blow up. Those are what started the entire conflict.

When a bomb hit the rocket launcher, the rockets accidentally ignited. I've seen a bird's eye view of the strike.
