As I understand it, the BBC have been accepting EU money in direct and illegal contravention of the law governing their charter obligations because it is accepting money from a foriegn source. This means that if you pay them a licence fee you are aiding and abetting their crime. This also means that you are free from the obligation to pay because doing so would mean you are a criminal. So, don't pay it! There is nothing they can do to you.
