The Bible actually says we are children of God not the Devil, God created Adam and Eve. But even if we were his children why would God simply punish us for being who we are. Many many? Through actual science? It's not new for scientists (even evolutionary geneticists) to have faith, they usually try not to let it lead them to preemptive conclusions. Most of the people I've met in my work who have faith find an amalgamation of creationism and evolution fits their schema more soundly than blindly disregarding the bulk of physical evidence. My Friend, actually, Evolution does NOT say these complexities just came about, Creation DOES. In Evolution things start simple and get more complicated through natural selection, which is often confused with "chance", it is not chance. DNA also evolved. Life came from non-life, amino acids, then single cell organism and so on. //Re: Soul. There is no evidence that soul exists, or that mind can exist outside the body.
