You mean to fly? or to change the time of day, both of those are only available because this is a Dev Account... and I think it was just an Alt command.

The one shown here. The T2 and T1 will be cheaper. That said they are still reviewing prices, so they may get cheaper. The T2 one will be improved over the one shown in my video of that zone.Also there are only 3 tiers T1 min level 30, T2 min Level 50, and T3 min Level 70
