this vid is gay,smack the dog in the nose(they hate that)and they will leave u the hell alone.....and no its not abuse! The alpha dog uses its mouth and teeth to correct other dogs,this is along those lines of discipline....

It works on some dogs, but dont forget it can also sound like prey being hurt and will make the dog want to kill it even more, like a squeak toy.

My puppy keeps biting my brother and me and other people if she is laying on my sisters lap or on the couch... its not like one of the bites on the video it is a really aggresive bite she growls and bite really hard... my brother is really tough and he cried today and im sick of getting bit by my dog and my brother getting bit by my dog... i already tried what she said to do in the video but it doesnt help. Somone reply to me and tell us what to do!

everytime the tries to bite you, tell your sister to put the dog down, wait for awhile and tell your sister put the dog back on her lap. If the tries to bite you again, repeat the process. You will see in a few tries the dog won't bite you again. cause will think that, if she bite you again your sister will put her down....

A method my parents and I would use on my dog is a verbal command, and he responded to it. In a firm tone of voice we would say, "No biting!"

you are making a mistake by not giving a replacement toy that he can bite on, and you shouldn't keep sticking your hand in front of his mouth...you keep setting him up to fail. He would of learned the very first time, if you would of replaced your hand with a chew toy and did not stick your hand back in front of his face...but the initial "Ow" is correct

I have an 8 week old Staffy, he bites too and hard, I have tried the bitter spray and he doesn't seem to mind it, I have tried nipping and he just gets mad and comes harder, I did get a whistle that my trainer gave me and yeah he doesn't like that much!!

@sedod66 Hey there, Actually he is 5 months old now,and although he gets really hyper he doesn't bite nearly has hard and nearly as much, now its just when I itch his back he turns around and tries to nibble on my fingers, now I am running into the jumping part, haha. But apparantly it does get better as they grow!!
