Soundbar Brackets - Uncommon Alternate Installation Example

I want to mount my Sony HT-CT150 soundbar below the TV while using the tabletop swivel base. Will this work? I'd like it to hang in-line, or out in front slightly, of the screen. Doable?

They will hold up to 35 lbs. If you have a soundbar that heavy it should be placed above the TV for the extra support.
