I don't know the difference, I must confess. I think we can call them transfers. Imagine a self adhesive vinyl roll. But it is not vinyl. It is polyurethane heat transfer film. It's a material appropriate to be transfered to textiles, and that lasts over 50 washes in very good conditions. It is not what we call digital transfers (which start to crack after 3 washes), and it is not DST transfers nor serigraphy transfers. It's PU glued to an acetate base. U transfer the PU and remove the acetate.
