Yeah in 1965 Pakistan launched Operation Gibraltar, in which 33,000 Pakistani soldiers crossed the LOC to infiltrate forces into J&K. So yeah, somehow it must be India's fault.

And secondly, do u know the % of hindus in Pak? u tell me if u know.
Its 2%. But when pak was formed it was 20%. If u search the net, even wikipedia, u will find stories of how hindu women r being forced to marry muslim men, girls being kidnapped and ppl forcefully converted etc.
And I never said it has to belong to India. India never put even an iota of pressure on kash to join India.
But Pak has always wanted it to join itself. During the separation, Kash wanted to form a separate state and not join either India or Pak. And if ti were not for the meddling Paki army trying to take it over by force, maybe it would hv been an independent state now.
And even in those conditions - India refused to intervene when the kash king asked us for help - cause it was yet [CONT]
[CONT frm above] - But Pak wanted Kash to join Pak.
- So the Paki army assembled a force and attacked Kash
- Now this is interesting, plz read: The king of kash asked India for help. But India refused, because it was not yet a part of INDIA formally. Tht's the difference between India & Pak.
- Then the british intervened and said they will help if it joins India. So with the help of the british army Kash was defended and formally joined India after tht.
Also let me tell u the story of Kashmir (facts easily verifiable frm anywhere): It was decided tht the separation will take place on som conditions:
1. ruler of state will decide where he wants to join
2. proximity issues hv to be taken into account (random places frm the middle of india cannot decide to separate out of nowhere)
When separation was taking place the king of kash was hindu but ppl were muslim majority. King of Kash did not want to join either India or Pak and was undecided [CONT]

Pak is an islamic nation and does not welcome hindus. So if it joins Pak - 30% hindus will hv to leave. But if Kash stays in India - both hindus and muslims r welcome. For this reason alone I think we deserve Kash more than u do.

as far as i am concerned kashmir was never and still is not an independent state. if it was, it would have had its own defense and foreign policy. both defense and foreign policy of kashmir is controlled by pakistan and india. and looking at past 60 yrs progress, i dont think that either india or pakistan is withdrawing its defense and control over foreign policy in coming few decades.

@sjhaider67 Also one last thing - the referendum came into place only after Pak attacked us in 1949. Do not talk abt the referendum like it was a part of any original negotiation. By the original treaty - Kash acceeded into India - fair & square.
When we went to the UN for help - the UN decided to declare plebiscite as a solution. But as an Indian I say - fuck the UN - who r they to decide or dictate terms like tht? It belongs to us and we flatly refuse to accept it.

IN the 1970's when Pak was having issues with East Pakistan, it wsa not India's job to intervene. SO u can say they started that as well. And u showed ur true colors. Yeah in 1965 Pakistan launched Operation Gibraltar, in which 33,000 Pakistani soldiers crossed the LOC to infiltrate forces into J&K. So yeah, somehow it must be India's fault.
In 1971, without even going into detail on wht Pak did in Bangladesh - on 3rd of December 1971, the Pakistani Air Force strikes Indian airfields in northern India. So yeah - again I guess must be India's fault somehow.

@whatever041085 See This is where u are wrong again. Kashmir is and never was a part of India. The Maharaja wanted Kashmir to be more towards Pakistan, even tho he was a hindu. But he realized that the majority of Hindus at the time were fundementalists. He was ready to be a part of Pakistan, until he died, where due to the warlords in Pakistan, he was forced to look towards India. But the referendum that was promised to the Kashmiris never happened. Thus, it is not a free province for India.

And secondly, do u know the % of hindus in Pak? u tell me if u know.
Its 2%. But when pak was formed it was 20%. If u search the net, even wikipedia, u will find stories of how hindu women r being forced to marry muslim men, girls being kidnapped and ppl forcefully converted etc.

But Pak has always wanted it to join itself. During the separation, Kash wanted to form a separate state and not join either India or Pak. And if ti were not for the meddling Paki army trying to take it over by force, maybe it would hv been an independent state now.

Also let me tell u the story of Kashmir (facts easily verifiable frm anywhere): It was decided tht the separation will take place on som conditions:
1. ruler of state will decide where he wants to join
2. proximity issues hv to be taken into account (random places frm the middle of india cannot decide to separate out of nowhere)
When separation was taking place the king of kash was hindu but ppl were muslim majority. King of Kash did not want to join either India or Pak and was undecided [CONT]
