  • Thanks for your kind words. At 10 reps per movement this will take about 10-12 minutes. The number of reps is determined by how tight you may feel. The tighter you feel, the more reps you should do. I am currently recovering from a major thoracic surgery, so give me till the end of December to record a full length video. I can tell you that even the shortened version I am currently doing has made a world of difference for me in my recovery. IT WORKS!

  • Dr. Steve, love the video, thank you for producing it. Can I ask how long you do the warmup routine in the morning? If you produced a full length video with a medium number of reps per exercise, it would be great for us beginners.
