@KristaDawn1985 He wasn't raped. It was statutory rape. What you're trying to insinuate is that he was a victim of sexual battery(<-- an actual charge, look it up before replying to me.) Which he wasn't. It was consensual on his part, however that doesn't change the law. Whether or not you think he had the right to say yes is a different story, but he obviously wasn't forced in to having sex with her, which is what you're saying when you say he was raped.

I don't know what the laws in the USA say about this case, but in Israel a sex with a minor means rape even if the minor agreed to it. It's good she was caught and are getting help with her bipolar disorder, cause otherwise what would have stop her from doing what she did to other minors (maybe even her own children one day)?
