Biggest question like ever..... How do you put the car back together? How do you close it up and make it stay closed.? I mean... the bodies are riveted to the chassis and in order to open them, they need to be drilled out. Please tell me how you do it. I have lots of Hotwheels, Matchbox and other cars that need repainting and LED work and I can't get them fixed back together.

@GM572 ok when you drill the rivets out do it ever so slightly just enough to wear it out. then with a thin screw driver or something similar you try to pry it open. always being gentle so not to harm the cast(body) to close it just put back togetherand use some kind of glue.elmers is a good choice in case you decide to re work your piece good luck.ley me know how it went

I for one commend you on this masterpiece..You should get in touch with all the diecast firms and get them to market your mods..They would look great in the GreenLight police vehicle series and other popular firms as well and even the international ones..You're basically able to bring a idea I had years ago to reality without a bunch of outside wires that would make the vehicle look ugly and these look way better than the old Majorette SonicFlashers of the 1980's-1990's.

Really missed this in my childhood you know. I had my own three citys. Matchbox, Hot Wheels & Mayorette. The last one were the bad asses. Matchbox was the main city, HotWheels was kinda supportive to Matchbox. And when I was in the big mall, I was always on the look-out for police vehicles. Most of my cars are police and other civil services verhicles. :D (I'm from Belgium, I didnt know any english when I was young, I already new state troopers -in black cars- were faster&better than sherriff :p
