While Godard is more of an NHL caibur player, Fritz is by far the more seasoned veteran fighter! Godard has 4 losses this year, including 2 to colton Orr, 1 to Brookbank and 1 to Shelly!

Fritz actually has more penalty minutes when you count minor and NHL minutes. Godard is more talented hockeywise, Fritz is more well known to real hockey fans!

Montroclq I will agree with you that Godard and Orr are two of the leagues best, but you shouldn't say that Riley Cote is a wanna be. He fights everyone no matter how big they are and wins as many as he loses. As Andre Roy, Jody Shelley, Shawn Thornton, Andrew Peters, and McGratton. The Thornton Cote fights really say it all too. In fact Cote cut Mitch Fritz pretty good in their fight this year. Cote won in my opinion. So you really have no clue what you are talking about.

Don't get me wrong, I had 2 Godard jerseys and wanted him on the Isles when I saw him fight in Bridgeport and easily became one of the toughest in the AHL at the time. But God's is lucky he has some good balance on his skates, because Fritz practically had him one-handed, with Eric's head in a headlock. If you know about fighting you know how freaking hard that is, Fritz is extremely strong, just as George Laraque who got beaten by MOFO.
