@SoAmEjO Everyone will propably have his own opinion..So here's mine...I think it's talking about a girl leading a boring life that doesn't complete her and though she tries to change it she just can't and that's making her feel miserable and she feel's like she's losing herself cause she can't do the things she dreams of....Her goal is to keep herself together and don't lose her personality cause of the numbness she's fallen into...that is just an opinion! :)
