  • yeah you are your rolling onto your lower back.no no.you roll on you upper back .numba 2 your not even swinging ya legs you just turnin yourself hopin for somethin to happen.when you collapse swing your leg very hard.make sure to slide onto upper back and restab.

  • your not kicking at all, your just sliding around on the floor, dont jump around into it, use your legs to kick around and generate enough momentum to get onto the upper back and back around for a re-stab.You could also do with improving your collaspe but that will come once you perfect the legs hope this helps

  • theres no power anywhere. ur just relaxing everything.

  • umm no what ur doing wrong is ur going up and down and its your shear arm strength giving u rotation. watch chumaster2 account tutorial for what your doing wrong

  • Rotate before you collapse, as you rotate fall onto your lower shoulder.. keep legs high to prevent landing on hips.

  • Also fix your collapse a bit, straighten your legs more

  • get onto your upperback more
