Is it the eldest naihanchi ?

Let me compliment you on your research as evidenced in this video. I think you've come up with something quite pertinent and insightful. It seems to me you've come to understand some of the deeper principles in naifanchi through this exercise.

I'm curious about your lineage for naifanchi - only because certain elements (the "double blocks") are similar to ours...

This kata is the end product of some years research and practise. Maybe not as Master Sokon Matsumura peacticed. If there is anybody who may know this it would be nice to see some vids posted. Nice to hear from you Alberto. Buna Seus.
