The creator of the song must have made this picture, and then created the other song Yuuhi Saka which uses the same girl in the picture, so you could say it's like a sequel. The original singer of the song was Miku, and ENE only dubbed the song c:

Yes, I've come to understand that this is one of a number of very beautiful songs all composed for Hatsune Miku (the vocaloid). So Miku is the first singer. Now human singers have been posting their karaoke versions to nicovideo, :D But this singer's cover is the most beautiful I've found so far.
