Did it... ever even talk about suspicions or any proof he or she was lying? The "web of lies" title seems abit too strong for only suspicious, reasonable perspectives given to the listener. I dont think its the lyrics that dont match the music, its the lyrics that dont entirely flow with the title that is too strong to be simply explained in this setting that undertones many things without giving a clarifying and complete answer stating he has betrayed the female lead's voice.
