Sorry to disagree with you and in no way related to the issue of taser, i have to point out that Chief Brunstrom always looks like that. If you watch him talk on the other videos you'll see the right side of his mouth remains partly closed. When he blinks at the start of this vid, his right eye is different as well. I don't know why this is but don't think is due to the taser?

The Taser is a relatively safe alternative to the baton and the gun. I'd definitely (not defiantly) rather be tasered than beaten down or shot. Sure. Some officers are a little too quick to taser, but then, some officers are a little to quick to beat or shoot suspects, as well. The problem is not with the tool, but how and when it is used.
