Speaking of safety, I noticed that the RDC operator does not have either the headlights OR ditchlights on while it was moving in the second half of the video, that's a BIG no-no, doesn't matter if it was a short movement in yard limits, even, at least one of the RDC's lights should have been illuminated to indicate it was in operation.

@yuriilev Lights are required definitely, but you do not have to have ditch lights as long as you don't exceed 20mph over a public grade crossing

I don't care if your woman or man, if your too fucking stupid to see a big train crossing w/ the gates down & you risk your life for a green light. I have no sympathy or respect for that driver what soever. In this case, the women or man stupidly risks their life for to wait like 12-2minutes for a train to cross. If, the driver was legally death, then i can understand.  I mean that could have been a maintenance train or just the engine rushing over to another station, then she be dead.

Sounds like the 1 bell is not sounding on the K5H horn. This is how drivers endanger themselves in the path of an oncoming train, by either being stupid and trying to beat the gate or by not paying attention.
