There is a great book called "Seven Praise" by Myles Munroe on this very topic, but a little more detail. He is an awesome Minister and Prophet of God.
This is incredible! I am co-teaching a class for ladies at my church on Wednesday evenings that teaches them how to dig deeper into God's word by using Strong's Concordance. The class was written by one of our church members. It is so encouraging and uplifting to me to see other people doing the same thing. I love it!!!!
"Evangelistic type praise" --indeed as I observed christians worshipping God so long ago as a young nonchristian I realized they had something I did not have. It had a huge impact on me as God used it to reveal to me that I was on the outside looking in. It underscored my realization of the distance between me and God and that night I crossed over from darkness to His light.
I love praising God, its the closest thing to Heaven on earth.
