Great video Cards. Do you have an attack and defense strategy for every map in the game? I would be very interested to see how you think and what you do for your strategies. That defensive spots video sounds very interesting too, looking forward to that. Also, what specs are you running with your engineer kit? It looks like extra ammo and then what else.

fantastic tips & strategy video! I find Oasis to be a challenging Rush map, especially against a competent team on the first two objectives. hey Cards, did you know that you can arm B thru the wall at the second objective? not very sportsman-like if you are attacking, but if I am defending, I always blow that wall up when I spawn back there...

I loved oasis on BC1 but do not like it so much on BC2 because if there is a semi-decent pilot on the attacking team who can easily take out the AA gun and who's running smoke, it's very hard to deal with the choppers that spawn so often and it can get very frustrating. I wish it was more like the huey's in vietnam with a bit more health. I think that would make the helicopters a lot more balanced. Great guide!

Hey! The update worked! Awesome video man. I have a heck of a spot though. The building you're on at 13:48 has a 2 story next to it. There is a balcony you can jump onto from the other building and I didn't do it, but the roof would be a great vantage point. You can cover their spawn, A, and toss grenades to B. From the roof you could probably actually see B!

A quick spawn and going under the bridge gets the plant on B most of the time for the first set. Quite handy.

PLaying on Oasis as a defender you really are in between the anvil and hammer as the people as DICE say, you're basicly there to be raped and evan if you do win the enemy team is probably going to have more points than you and have a better time.

So i'd love to see a strategy guide on defending Oasis.

I just used the Strat guide from BC1 for Oasis and Harvest day.. all the Emplacements are still the same for the gold crates on BC2 for oasis but slightly different for harvest day.

by Strat guide i mean the official one DICE made for BC1 Limited edition.

you're telling us you're the one to take care of vehicles but you are using the carl gustav.... does that make any sense? you'd better use the AT4 or RPG, it does more damage against vehicles! Carl Gustav is an anti infantry launcher.
