The concept of revolution is not correct also. You are protesting against the changes, so it is not a revolution you want. You want the satus quo, what is very odd...I asking: who will pay this bill? When the easy money was everywhere, no one was complaining. Now, everybody is against those who had to dismantle the time bomb after it exploded...I mean, the effects of the bomb had to be minimised at any cost. What do you think?

You know, stop spending was what people did back at 30's and it didnt go well. It took the economy 10 years and a war to get up. And it seems nowdays that goverments pured money everywhere at the world the situation got better much faster.

LOL.. Spending WHAT MONEY? Where are we getting this money that the govt is spending? From trees? Under cabbage leaves? No we are PRINTING it. What happens when you print money so that you can keep up with y our spending spree? It becomes less valuable, it becomes of less worth. If you have something precious and rare it has more worth, if there are millions of something floating around it takes more and more of that to equal one of something which is rare. That is where the dollar is.

Additionally (ran out of room below) There is strong evidence that the spending that FDR did in the 30's actually lengthened the depression and required a war to end it, instead of letting the market take care of itself, letting things fail and coming out with only the truely strong surviving in the economy. recession/depression we are in now, and will only deepen with rampant spending? We are already in one and it is not helping. The deal is what we see as our current personal debt to the govt, which as of this second is $38,707 per US citizen and $109,907 per US taxpayer, this generation will not have to pay, it will fall to future generations. What we are spending now constitutes nothing less then fiscal child abuse. When your debt FAR exceeds your income, you need to STOP SPENDING!

As for your assertion that it is not a revolution that I and many like me desire, think again. For way too long the federal government has usurped the right for the states to govern themselves. Going back to constitutional mandates of a balanced budget, and powers not expressly given to the federal government in the constitution, belong to the states and to the people would at this point be revolutionary.

Dont tell me the budget bill was "old business left by Bush" It is Obummers signature on the bottom line, so he owns it, and the 900 pieces of pork in it. The wars, are only a part of the problem. Stimulus, Omnibus, the GIVE act, and numerous other actions perpetrated by this administration are to blame in contributing to this administration spending more money in the first 90 days then all former administrations combined.

Fine if you people want govt health care, then what are you willing to give up to get it? What programs are you willing to get rid of to afford your health care package? OK...I respect that...what I wanted to say is that this war costed more than $1 trillion dollars and this is hardly a "drop in the bucket"...this number is from an article on Time magazine online from Dec 28 2008...and guess what? Its almost the amount needed to save the economy in the first months of the crisis. And you also forgot that almost the ENTIRE WORLD had to pay for this crisis and the consequences (unemployment, reforms) were very similar everywhere.

Indeed revolution is a historic phenomenon that happens whenever an oppressed people have collectively acted to remove their oppression. Since the song is about Revolution I can see why it was appealing, however my observation was that you reactionary fear mongers who are afraid of leaving the security of a militaristic police presence would not be supported by the Beatles. John Lennon also wrote the song Imagine about a world of peace and thus he would be part of the peace movement.

I am for Civil Rights and the Bill of rights and peace and freedom of expression and healthcare for all and while I supported Obama I am not happy with lack of change. I see him finally trying to do something for health care however I would rather see a single payer, pehaps Medicare expanded if it also improved, rahther than a public option with a mandate that will just reinforce the insurance company position.

Medicade/Medicare is broke, USPS is broke, Soc Sec is broke, and this country is so far into debt that if the debt was called in tomorrow, the entire country would be broke. Why on EARTH would you trust something as important as health care to an entity that can only go broke?
