She's been singing this song for at least 35 years; its on the 1972 recording of Liza with a Z. Even though her vocal chops have greatly diminished, she can still convey the heart of this story. In fact, it just gets better with age.

'Andyyeovil' you hit it on the head! She gets on stage and not just sings and performs. She shows emotion, true emotions. Ive seen her perform "Seeing Things" and she just broke down.

My father is sick now and I have trouble watching that video because its not just about her father, it speaks to many, many people. Thats why we love her.

She is not this untouchable person on stage...shes real and she always shows that. She is a true amazing rarity these days.
