yeah in fact, you can get one of your own card with your name and put another's information on that stripe.

Credit cards will always entail fraud -- learn to live with it... even if you caught whoever who did this, it would be a hard time prosecuting him -- the fucking credit card company will take care of the $10 he stole... so stop wasting your time and instead educate your employees on how to avoid this in the future.

You have a clear picture of the thief; have you tried police mug shots? Crooks eventually get booked. Even if you catch this person you most likely will not recover anything because they are usually low life deadbeats. Just learn from it and educate your employees so as to not burned again. For instance, ask for ID along with the credit card. If crooks know you check ID they won't pick your store to ripoff. BE SMART!!
