just found your video. Having documented many drive ins myself, I want you to know that I really enjoy seeing what other people have posted. You should be commended for presenting this touching tribute. So many people just dreive by these sites. I can't visit all these cool places here on the web, but, I guess in a way I can, by viewing the clips. thank you so much for posting this.

Excellent commentary Richard. I should do the same standing on 12 theater lots within 25 miles of here, all of which I once attended and are now gone.

Thank you, RichardSDrake54 for taking the time to post your memory filled video, and thanks to your cameraman, too. It all depends on where you live,richard. there are communities that to this day have drive ins. I live in lansing MI. Our last one closed in 1992, but, I can still drive for an hour or so a couple times each summer and enjoy 'em. I envy those who don't have to drive so far. Thanks 4 sharing your special memories. At least you still can look at your ticket booths...I can't!
