  • Does anyone know why you cant post to facebook? I wanna share this song!!

  • @ajfetters You ought to be able to

  • @ajfetters Because EMI are idiots and don't want people to hear and buy their music. That's why.

  • Should there really be a dislike for this song?

  • I need u Jude

  • Not too many albums I can listen to front to back.

This is one of the few and has passed the test of time. awesome classic, love it!

  • only 10 years old first time i heard bill squier. thanks mom!

  • billy rocks

  • If you've never heard this album, I feel sorry for you.

  • I saw him in concert this past year. This guy can still ROCK. Couldn't believe the show that this guy put on. He has so much energy. Hope he comes back around. Would love to see him play again.

  • @philcam10 Hey where did u see him play? Im in Mass. and would love to see him again!

  • I thought this was one of the best songs from the E.O.E. album. Very under-rated tune.

  • Squire just new how to rock! Great Album

  • "...take the roadway the eagle flies." AWESOME

  • The lyrics are as follows " take the road where the eagle flies---man follows where his fortune lies".

He kind of mumbles the line so it sounds like roadway! I made the same mistake .

And I Agree he is awesome!!!

  • just one of many under-rated artists from that generation

  • most underated artist best album ever! nd radio never gave him justice! great music

  • Billy Squier is SO MUCH MORE DESERVING. We shall catch his shows in Oklahoma 8/6 8/7 and 8/8

  • i'll be there too!

  • "sta'll that I can do,I need you.."

  • This is one of his greatest songs. In fact I'm seeing Billy in concert tonight. I can't wait.

    Squier rocks!!

  • This album is one of the best albums there is. All the songs are good.

  • radio programmers ruined this album for us. Why did this never get airplay in the day? This is really one of his best!

  • Because radio is programmed by management that caters to nothing but their sponsors and advertisers. Therefore shoveling all the best stuff under the rug and playing the same shit on the airwaves that they played for years from the 20 cds or less in the stations library. Radio has gotten so predictable it isn't funny. You'd never hear songs like this now on the radio even if it was court ordered.

  • great song

  • Beautiful song...

  • I REALLY want to learn to play this!!!

  • I got laid to this song,ha ha

  • cool

  • what a great track... we used to cover this... synth bass out of course..

  • Thanks for sharing! Don't Say No is one of my all time favorite Albums of all time!

  • what a great tune thanks for posting

  • The backing vocals in the chorus sound like ELO.

  • MAn...this'd bee just too kool to learn on Bass G.

  • Anyone have the song "Learn How to Live" non-live version?

  • hell yeah I love squier this rocks ty for sharing!!

  • Thank you for the post!!! This is REAL music not computerized shit to sale CDs. He was raw talent (he could sing, write, and play an instrument---very rare these days!!)

  • @walk2beatofowndrums

Don't forget he can dance too! :D

  • @walk2beatofowndrums I love good old Rock N' roll. But do not bash on electronic music.Fine there maybe is not any lyrical geniuses anymore but handling computerized controllers takes the same basic than piano.Do you know how hard piano is to play? That is without counting the synthesizer AND all the programs needed to manage all the sounds and effects. When it comes to music I respect as much classic music than I respect electronic music. Both are amazing and hard to create!Have a nice day!

  • @walk2beatofowndrums hell yea! the 80 were full of raw talent , something these kids nowadays dont know shit about billy was the shit and his music still fn rocks

  • This song reminds me of a good frien of mine named "Shon"................I love him!

  • It reminds me of my friend Rae Lynn in Ohio from 23 years ago! I miss her!

  • What a great song, one of the lost BILLY SQUIER classics, love it

  • This song takes me back to 9th grade when we had juke box in the cafeteria!

  • I love his voice!

  • nothing like it is there?????

  • when i feel low... my amps - they blow. have used this, thanks to William Haislip Squier, whenever I'm down....

  • bands today take note, this is real song writing.

  • Thank You oh so much for the Post... too bad there isn't a "real" video for the much loved song!!!

  • dont say no blended in great after this song finished

  • this song sent goosebumps all over me !!! what an awesome album ,.. i agree and say that this is definately one of the best albums from the 80's ,.. yeash i was a big hair rocker and metalist !!!

  • THANK YOU!!! i love this song so much!!thank you for posting!!!!!!!
