See the majority of peoples comments are either in FRENCH or positive. I have to watch this for school and don't much of it and what I do understand is pretty messed up.
As a child this was my favourite episode! I would die of laughter in class when he fell on the sidewalk, I would beg my teacher to play this epi everyday! LOL I mean not as funny as it was back then but I love this show... sooooooooooooooooo many memories!

As someone re-learning french, I really appreciate being able to go back and watch this stuff. It might be mostly basic, but when I watched the first few episodes, my Dictionary was glued to my hand!

More! More! I used to love watching Ananas when I was young and I love watching it now. I remember an episode where he enters a marathon and they keep saying "Un ananas ne marche pas". Of course, he doesn't give up. I would love to review that.

Actually we used it in my French class in the fifth grade and to be honest it is a very good method to learn the language. Even now I remember a lot of my French because of that video series. Please put the rest of the series on youtube
I think the idea of it was to be a children's show for those who already knew how to speak French. It was probably just used as a supplementary aid in French classes.
