If Malaysia can have muslim-non-muslim, bumi-non-bumi policies, syariah-non-syariah courts, I do not see why not hudud-non-hudud law. So if you catch an MCA-non-muslim guy and an UMNO guy have corrupted in a deal and the law can throw the MCA guy into jail-fine and hudud the UMNO-muslim guy. honestly we have other problems to resolve rather than the implementation of hudud law, how about reducing corruption and having a government with integrity and a sound economic plan with proper economic prosperity before we talk about implementing laws which will probably have very limited impact/implications. you could actually do an objective research into the implementation of hudud in other countries, if it has proper merit then perhaps its implementation should be considered.
