Most Scottish Americans are actually Scots-Irish, hence the confusion here in the States as to what's Scottish and what's Irish. Nonetheless, I think Americans have the Scots-Irish to thank for the finest parts of our culture.

Wrong, we're not all Celts, some are British. Some are European. The Celts came from Scandinavia and settled on Britain and Ireland, but Britain and Ireland already had natives. Quite a few people from Ireland are actually descendants of Spaniards.

You're right, I was wrong, I now know the Celts were mostly from Central Europe, what we associate with the Celts now though are the cultures that the Celts made a more lasting legacy on like the Scottish, Welsh, parts of northern France and the Irish, they're culture spread though a lot of Europe though.

Although Scotland currently has no official anthem, it's usually Flower of Scotland OR Scotland the Brave which is used.

Yes, I used "Flower of Scotland" (at least that's what it said on the CD) lol. I knew it was a choice of one or the other, and I'd heard the first one played at sporting events so I went with that one. Thanks again!
