Your turntable is playing this recording a half step low. It is coming out in A minor instead of B flat minor therefore giving it a somewhat slower tempo than Pachmann actually played it.

This record was played on 75rpm, not 78rpm. Because it was recorded on 75rpm.
So, the sound is nearly half step low than on 78rpm, usual playing speed.
