It is fact that the weekend prior to 9/11, there was a power outage for a few hours in both towers. A number of people working in the towers that weekend reported that when the outage occurred, they went in to the stairwells where they encountered numerous "engineers". Wonder what they were doing there on an otherwise quiet Sunday ?
